Body of doom #2

dnsigma

Thanks to the people who did respond to my blog about me having a body of doom. Yea, I probably am really tripping about this. But you know it is disappointing when you work at something really hard and then it’s like…ohhh that didn’t mean anything. Then you are like WTF???

One person asked how did I measure it? I used the thing found here:

http://www.dietandfitnessresources.co.uk/shopping/equipment/x0041.htm

It is suppose to be some type of electronic body fat monitor. Maybe I should try another method. Maybe I should just leave it alone?!?!?!!? I think I probably will take the later of the two!

Happy lifitng folks!

LMAO, from someone whose had experience with those things. Don’t trust them.

That thing is BMI based. It takes your BMI fat percentage and subtracts your resistance based calculation from it. Based off your stats of 6′0, 209 lbs you have a BMI of 28.3. That means you "overweight". BMI doesn’t take into account muscle mass and thats how the resistance test ends up being wrong.

Heaven forbid you have a strange physiology like myself. Sometimes I’m 50% bf with those and other times 8%. LOL, so don’t let that thing fool with your head.
