Yall ain’t got to me yet…
Well, I am still holding in….hitting the gym almost every other day. I haven’t really tried to mark my progress as of lately. Really just trying to stay in the gym consistently. However, my new workout regime does include doing burner sets and the end of my workout. What are burner sets? Some may ask….well it’s when you take a lighter way and just go kind of until it hurts. I read somewhere this is good for increasing the blood flow in the muscles after a hard workout.
Let me tell you….IT WORKS!!!! Because my body is aching!!!!! Besides that…keep me motivated people….keep the pictures posted, the blogs updated and the perverts away!!!

burner sets?
I did those way back when I was "not as skinny", had a skinny training partner, and we were following the word of anthony ellis.
Oh yeah, those things hurts.
