Summer time smash!!!!
Well, as my usual forte goes…I have been missing out on being on bodyspace, cataloging my workouts. But, friends do not dismay because I have consistently been in the gym! Over the last few weeks I have really been working on my wheels…doing deep squats and lunges. Now, everyday I seem to have sore legs and calves….as soon as it stops I hit ‘em again!!!! As for now, I am really enjoying the progress that I am making with this type of workout. Where are the progress pics you ask? They won’t be up for a while. But, I promise to have some up soon. Ohhh by the way, for people who have not tried using BCAA’s..you need to get on it. It seems as if I can do more in the gym with less fatigue…it’s pretty awesome and I don’t have to take 8000 supplements to get a boost of energy in the gym and work up a good sweat during every workout!!!!

You’re definitely right about the BCAAs. They’re also good to take day round. However, you know, I still have to take 8000 supplements to get a boost of energy in the gym. I add my creatine, beta-alanine, and some arginine or some derivative, mix it all up and get to work.
I see you’re still killing the legs. Good stuff. I wish I were but like I said, I’ve just become a deadlift addict so at least its my hams that are always sore.
