Can’t raise my arm!!!
Well, actually I can..but it hurts. For a while now, I have been doing shoulder exercises and the side raises,at first hurts a muscle that feels as if it is deep into my shoulder. Then after a few warm-up sets…it stops…But then, when I am not even working out my shoulders it hurts again.Somebody please tell me what I should be doing. i have layed off of doing shoulder exercises for some weeks now. Of course, I still do the other exercises, swimming is included in that…and it has not stopped. Does anyone have some direct solutions? Thanks for the help!!!

I had the same problem. I fell off a two story roof though. I just did lite weights for my shoulder routines until it eventually stopped hurting. I would warm up, then I would go up in weight as long as it felt comfortable. Took a couple months to clear up. I also took calcium pills. Not sure what your injury was a cause of though.
