Question on vascularity,Haladrol(Gaspari Nutrition Version),diurectics?

dnsigma

Yesterday, I made my way to the gym and did about 30 minutes of cardio. I did various speeds of running at different inclines at a medium (6.0 mph / 0 incline) - slow (3.0 mph / 11 incline) - Fast (9.5 mph / 4 incline); each of these were done at .5 mile increments.

Afterwards, I went over and did a shoulder workout that was pretty good. I am currently trying to work on breaking plateus that I have by doing heavier weights and smaller sets. Additionally, I am now decreasining the rest time in between sets. It seems to be working well because throughout my workouts I am now sweating like crazy!!!! So, hopefully I will see some results soon!

 Bodybuidlers!!!! I got questions!!!

1.Has anyone taken Haladrol? What does it do exactly and do you recommend it for strength gains?

2. A few days ago i wrote about this bodybuilder in the gym who performed minimal activity, but seemed to be huge. Well, he is huge but not like larger than life huge. Truthfully, I misundestood his vascurality for size. But, vascularity is an impressive thing. Do you increase vascularity through cardio? Or is it a mix of weights and cardio?

3. Lastly….I have been seeing things about diuretics….are these safe?

Thanks folks….peace out!!!

He he, shortening rest time is a good way to work up the sweat. You know, I didn’t even believe it was good for fat loss until I tried it. Wow.

The answers I got even though I’m the first one to say, I don’t know everything.

    1) Isn’t halodrol a prohormone/prosteroid? If so, it’ll probably put some size and strength on you most definitely. Just research whether you want to take that route or not.
    2) Man, everything I’ve ever read says vascularity is largely genetic and the best way to see it is increasing the size of muscle and stripping off lats of fat so you can see it. :-( It means, no matter how much I train I’ll never have those sick veins Paul Dillett does.
    3) Eh, caffeine is a diuretic. Safe. I use it all the time but thats because I’m a caffeine head. Dandelion root is a mild one as well that I have no experience with. Its a natural one. The other ones. I doubt they’re all that safe unless used properly and in moderation. I mean, it is stripping water away. Eeeewwww…..

    1. I personally have not used Halodrol yet but I know a few people who have gotten really good results from it. Mostly increased size and strength gains.

2.Vascularity will improve from either but weights and cardio work best. Vascularity comes from being lean and dry. The leaner you become and drier the physique the more your vascularity will improve.

    3. Most over the counters are safe but still use with caution. Any diretic will remove water and potassium from the body. Not enough water and potassium will cause cramping and slow heart rate. Two very vital components in the body. If you were thinking about diretic keep it simple. stick with dandelion root and vitamin c together. Dandelion will help remove water but also replaces potassium in the body, while vitamin c in high doses will also remove water but still acts like a antioxident. If you want a really simple diretic that is cost efficient drink water. The more water you put in the body the more you will end up excreting. I personally think unless you are competing or doing photo shoot or sometimes excess bloat from PMS diretic are a bit unnecessary.
