Possible Injury has a positive effect…

dnsigma

So, once again folks I need some help on this whole bodybuilding thing. For some time now, when I do dumbell presses or deltoid exercises, I have felt this annoying pain in the middle of my shoulder mid-way through the movement. Most recently, I have begain to notice it just a little bit more. I think that it may be a rotator cuff injury? But I am only guessing. If anyone knows what this might be and what I can do to help it…I would love the comments.

In other news, I am really trying to make sure these wheels are together for the summer. Recntly, I have just gotten kind of bothered by these guys at the gym who are huge on top and small at the bottom. I think that I somehow get a phobia that I look the same way. So, anyway I have started this workout that I hope to kill my legs. One of the biggest parts is the calf muscle exercises where after each main set I do a burn out set of calf raises. Additionally I have started doing some deep squats which, by the way, are kiiilllliiinnnnnn!!!!!!!!!

So that’s it for me….I’m still hitting the gym every once in a while….still upset about gas prices making me stay at home more…..still using my little gym set to supplement my missed workouts at the gym.

Peace out people!!!!

If u r still able to push some desent weight, im sure its not a rotator cuff. U probly have some inflamation from over use & abuse. Unforgently this sport is tough on the joints. U might try Aleve, take 2 twice a day 4 a wk or 2. See if that calms it down. In the mean time adjust your lifting, go lighter & dont do movements thaat bother your shoulder alot.

he he, i’m finally starting to get bum shoulders myself and my chiro says its most likely my weak rear delts. LMAO, I didn’t start getting them until I started doing push presses again. Go figure . :-)

He he, getting wheels together for the summer. You sound like me. Earlier this year some fat chick mentioned to her sister, "You know Mike has always had a big upper body." I’m thinking to myself, "Wow, this fat chick hasn’t noticed the total package? Who the f**k does she think she is not paying attention to the whole thing? She’s lucky I even allow her to view me at all."

Mind you, I wear pants almost all the time but I was insulted and just try to murder my legs all the time. :-)

    Glute-ham raises do wonders too.
