(5:17PM) This afternoon I left work early, and came home to take a nap (Power nap = 15 to 20 min). Well, after a while my wife rolled over in the bed, I awoke and saw the clock was off. Turns out…the power is out in the neighborhood and more importantly I am going to miss my time in the gym!!!! So, I dash out of the house to the gym!! Now, why am I so concerned with getting to the gym?
Because I am jealous of you!!! Yea…that’s right…no matter your shape or size. It seems as if everytime I get on the bodyspace sight, there is someone always writing about their workout experience for the day. Then, I think to myself "Dude, see how all of these people are motivated…now you need to get you but in gear and high tail it to the gym!!". Some people may call this craziness or inspiration and it may be be!!! But, at the root of any of these term, one may find that the rationale for these thoughts would be jealousy.
So, I am writing to say thank you! Thanks for blogs, updated pictures, progress charts and comments to others and to me. All of these are helpful tools for me, and I am sure it is for others on the site too! Because of you…I made it to the gym and hit a cardio and ab workout that, at the moment, has me totally exhausted….just what I needed to end a good friday!!!

(5:20AM) Yea, somehow I made it to the gym today to get yet another workout on. Today, I hit the shoulders and the traps.I am also, today feeling some soreness in my inner thighs from Mondays leg workout; this is definetly a good sign.
In other news, just a few days and counting until I move back to the hometown Memphis,TN…the anticipation is both thrilling and nerve wrecking at the same time!!!! Holla!

Well the site it self is not killin me but the "Workout tracker" is definetly killing me. My scenarios have went as follows….I go to enter my workouts…I enter some notes….I got to insert my last exercise….and the list does not refresh with the exercises for that particular body part…then I wait…and wait…and wait…and then I hit refresh just to found out…..TADA!!!! ALL OF MY INFORMATION IS GONE!!!!!
Ugghhh excuse me bodybuilding.com people can you copy and paste this blog into your "Report bug(s)" log because this is definetly a nuisance! The workout tracker is like technology…it’s great when it works…but when it fails…it really causes a havoc!
Here is the old fashioned way of entering my workouts: Today was leg day (Squats,Deadlifts,Calf raises,lying leg presses)

(5:25AM) Yup…I found my way back to the gym this morning aaannndd hit it preeeetttyy tough for my first day back in a while. I will try to post my routine on the workout tracker soon. As it is on most mondays…I worked my legs!!! Trying to get those oak trees like most of you all have. Anyway, best of luck toeveryone out there!

What do you think about people who make noises in the gym? Is it really necessary?
I guess it would kind of depend on what you deem as "necessary". My personal opinion?Well, I’ll share that after a few entries from you guys. But today, I found out from this sport science show that grunting is actually a physically and mental mechanism that helps to generate more power in a single instance. Examples would be when you hear tennis players grunt, or martial artist make noises when performing their crafts.
Whatever the case, what do you think about this particular phenomenoa in the gym?

So…I begun to take Tribulus after receiving advice from a few trusted people here on the site. All I have to say is that I really didn’t understand the concept and effects of libido for workouts…but now? Both me and my wife understand very well!!! LOL!!!!!!!
The next thing is…I have..unfortunately just been lost without having access to the gym for the past few weeks and my body is showing tell tell signs too!!!! I will be going on a cruise in 3 months and gotta get that sexy back…like I had for my wedding. So, now….as I do every year at the beginning of the year. It’s hardcore gym time!
Last but not least, I am geeked that I got a promotion and most importantly it is back in the hometown…Memphis,TN. Yea, that’s right the place where I started it all. Now, I can get back with some of my fraternity brothers who started me on this venture to do so more productive working out.
