What the fux is up? A new year and some new beginnings…

So, for about two weeks or more I have not worked out. I have just been lounging and eating until my heart’s content. As a result, you can see that my weight is on a steady incline upwards.But, as many of us of do with the new year….I have some new things in store!!! Those of you who have contributed to my perserverance in this lifestyle…thanks again for all of your motivation. This new year, I think, will get me the most advantageous edge and hindirance I have had since I started this lifestyle in 2004.

So, until the new year? Holla back people!

Yea, you may laugh…but I am serious. If not that then seriously a time machine, so that I can go back and forth through time and still have enough time to spend with my wife, work and research.  Hmmm..the gym is now closed until next year…so now I will probably be adding on the pounds! Wish me luck, that is to stay fit…until next time my friends.

Is there any help for the aspiring man that just wants to be like the big d

So, over the last few days, I have taken a look at the sites of bodyspace members who are 1.Massive in size and 2. Those that have a very nice physique minus the size. My ultimate goal is to always stay within the 200lb + range with a very nice physique. I don’t really plan on getting to be massive like Ronnie Coleman…but more along a symetrical look like Serge Nubret.

Anyhow, perused the forum,PM’ed and even left message on boards of bodyspace members asking several questions. Here is what I kind of found out:

1. Some people are using a process called "cycling".

- The problem, to me, is that when asked about "cycling" people are pretty vague in giving me information about it. However, "it" has seemed to work for them very well.

- Because I don’t know a lot about "cycling" I am a little hesitant to try it.

2. Pro-Hormones

- Several people on the site have used this in one form or another during their career as a bodybuilder. However, some good people on this site, even ones who may have potentially used this, gave the general consensus of it’s not necessary for good developement or for me to reach my goal.

So, as of today I’ll be sticking with the items that I can buy of this website or GNC for now which is mainly Protein and now Tribulus???? I think that’s what I bought!?!?!?!

Maybe after some more years of keeping up the good fight at the gym, I’ll be able to get to there status. Peace out folks!

Workout Tracker is killing me

(5:30AM) So this morning I hit the gym and work on the biceps and triceps. This time, I try something new like using the same poundage for a high number of sets. So, the workout for the day included:

incline bicep curls - 5 sets @ 10 reps

Barbell Preacher curls - 5 sets @ 10 reps

One-arm tricpe extensions

Skull crushers

Bicep curl on the machine

Rope tricep extensions

Decline crunches

Cable crunches

Barbell twist

All of this info would be in more detail…except the workout tracker for the second time!!! Produced an error after I saved my workout. Hmmm…maybe I ‘ll try again later today.

Porn or Physique site?: FLAG ON THE PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I took a look on the www.bodybuilding.com website and saw that there was a feature blogger JSCHOTT65 . On the site, she talked about her discomfort with some of the pictures on the website. Man, I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU, to her for finally putting it out there! But wait, I then read the blog comments…and see some of the profiles and I think to myself "HYPOCRITES!!!!" this definetly calls for a flag on the play!!!!!! The calling of names is not necessary because you, like I, have the opportunity to peruse the net and click on profiles and picture galleries of bloggers on the site.

Just for the record, I too do not prefer for the risky business pictures to be on the site. However, I do think that I may be more liberal than some because pictures that are TRULY showing physique and muscular development should be acceptable. For example,

 if you only have one picture on the site and you have nothing on your top but a tie around your neck….that may be questionable….

if you oil up your body,as if you are about to be in a contest, and only take pictures of yourself in the shower….that may be questionable

if your pubic hairs are showing on the picture, that is definetly questionable. Have fun, help people, motivate people…that’s what the site should be for.

Hmmm…

1. A stronger mind set on bodybuilding

2. A time stopper, so that I can freeze the time of the day and workout as much as I need to without stressing about other time commitments.

3. All of my bills paid for 3 years, so that I can spend all of my money on food.

4. A home gym, so that I won’t have to see the people at the gym who act as if the weightroom is the olympics and you want to compete with them.

5. A training partner

6. A nintendo Wii, to do cardio exercise even on the days I don’t feel like it!!!

So, I didn’t go to the gym this morning…but I wanted to share something interesting. Last night, I had this dream that I was at some type of show. The next thing you know people from bodyspace where their and sharing tips and posing!! It was great,yet strange, because it wasn’t a bodybuilding show…it was more like a networking site??? Whatever…I just thought I would share my dream. I guess my mind is getting more in tune with workingout?!?!?!?!? Holla!!!!

(5:30AM) For the last few days, I have been slacking on updating my workout tracker. I just thought I would add this to the blog for later reference. On Monday…hmmm what did I do monday? I didn’t go to the gym on Monday…I think I went swimming. Tuesday? Legs and swimming…this morning? Shoulders.

Hmm…it’s getting around Christmas time again?!?!?!??!? Hopefully all of the cookies won’t take control of me like last year!

Bodybuilders and Trainers requested

So, my goal as of today is to leave the gym exhausted. Yea, it sounds simple but there is so much more to it. So, instead of hitting the gym to "stay in shape", I’ll be "training for mass" and I think the mindset will have to be "go to exhaustion". Of course, this will be within the constraints of my time. So, I was wondering if anyone could provide some advice on weight usage and some exercises I could do to complete this goal.

 

I know…I know this will not be professional medical advice and it’s all your opinion. That’s fine with me…If you can…take a look at my workout tracker to see what I have been doing. Thanks folks!

So, here’s the deal. I know this is really not the correct venue for such news. But, I would like to get this out and get the opinion of as many people as possible. If the news continues to publicize this in the fashion they are, doesn’t this, inherently, 1. Give this lunatic the fame he wanted and 2. maybe encourage others to do the same because they will "go down in history" with the same sick stardom?

My lord, why must we involve ourselves with social ills that encourage us to perpetuate behavior that we, conciously knowing, is wrong for our educationally diverse spectrum that we call our nation?

*Sorry for the ranting, it just makes me feel better sometimes.*

(5:40AM) This morning I struggle with myself to get up. I finally make it to the gym to find that….it’s closed!!!! Okay, are you serious???? So, I wait around a while and finally one of the housekeepers come to open the building,because the fitness people are absent! Hmmm…enough of that, so as you can see from the workout tracker, I am making my debut(For the 80th million time) back into the gym.

 Sadly, I have run out of protein and unfortunately protein is at the bottom of the "need" list for the moment.So, I won’t be able to purchase any, anytime soon…if anyone has some "extra" unused protein….I will be more than happy to be a recipient of your kind donations. Tis’ the season to be giving!!!! LOL!!!!!

Anyhow, have a good one folks!
