“I guess big bodybuilders are cool”
(8:08AM) This morning I hit the gym determined to ignite some excitement in my chest. The other day I found out what "muscle memory" was. Apparently this is a process where your body becomes use to your workout routines and does not respond anymore. What does this mean? Change your routine and change it often!!!
Today, I was doing some incline and decline bench presses? I was reading somewhere on the site where this could help produce a fuller and rounder chest…and I guess that is what I need?!?!? Anyway, I was on my last set of some supersets on the decline and ran out of gas! So….here I am sitting on the decline and everyone was just going about their bussiness.
So I rest…..then lift…. No hope
So I rest again….then lift again…Once again there was no hope.
Finally, I took a narrower grip, figuring my triceps could help in forcing the bar up…..while straining this huge guy came over and helped me out….."Whew, I sho’ do appreciate it!"
Then he went back to deadlifting the chevrolet suburban weight he had sitting on the bar.
Big guys…there cool. Not that I didn’t think they were at first…just today, they have become a little bit cooler in my book.
