There it is…
(6:03AM) It was at this time that I got my weight lifting swagger on…this morning? I got it on in a semi-elock6 fashion. I tried to follow his workout plan…and did very well until I ran out of time. His plan called for more so of 90 minutes and I only had 60. Overall??? I was a great workout!!! My next plan is to mix and match some to try and develop something of my own…of course that will be a slower than I want progress. This is mainly due to my innate philosophy of going with what has been proven to work and obviously his plan works.
Jarueba, thanks for the insight on the food!!! I’m trippin now, because lent has began! So today, I begin my fasting! I would like to take this moment to give props to Jesus for going so long without eating. I must say that he IS THE MAN, in all sense of the word.
Lastly, the IPOD has been shuffled with new workout playlist…and the results of motiviation have peaked tremedously. As a result, I recommend every do a little shuffle every once in a while.
