Legs and Cease

(5:50AM) This morning I completed the last of my workouts for about 3 days. Legs, Legs and more legs. Man I was cruising cross the net today and saw the legs of BigDennis114BigDennis114…man another image of motivation. I think this guy has been in the bussiness for a while because he’s now competing and has a very good physique.

So, all in all one day…..some day….I will have quads that look as if I have oak trees semi-oak trees for legs! In a few days people!

There it is…

(6:03AM) It was at this time that I got my weight lifting swagger on…this morning? I got it on in a semi-elock6 fashion. I tried to follow his workout plan…and did very well until I ran out of time. His plan called for more so of 90 minutes and I only had 60. Overall??? I was a great workout!!! My next plan is to mix and match some to try and develop something of my own…of course that will be a slower than I want progress. This is mainly due to my innate philosophy of going with what has been proven to work and obviously his plan works.

 Jarueba, thanks for the insight on the food!!! I’m trippin now, because lent has began! So today, I begin my fasting! I would like to take this moment to give props to Jesus for going so long without eating. I must say that he IS THE MAN, in all sense of the word.

Lastly, the IPOD has been shuffled with new workout playlist…and the results of motiviation have peaked tremedously. As a result, I recommend every do a little shuffle every once in a while.

 I’m out.

Motivation….time to get on the job.

Today, I was not feeling the idea of going to the gym. My muscles were already sore from last weeks workout. This is Monday….yea yea yea you get the point. But then, I was looking across the site and came across elock6’s page.

 The cool thing about the site is that you can get motivation from others work. The next best thing is that you don’t only have pictures,blogs and progress stats to look at; but you can talk with them too!!!

This is awesome! After looking at elock’s page today and seeing the detail that he puts into his workouts. I got motivated again. He competed several years ago and now is back in the game for another time.

All of this got my excited to hit the gym and get to work. The results? A leg workout that has me sitting for the rest of the night! I don’t really measure my stats but here is where I peaked at tonight. I am sure I could have done more, but the combinations, as supersets, were getting my worn out. By the time I finished? It looked as if I had ran 8 miles and all I did was weight lift!!!

Today was a "Blast the arms" day. This was the day in which I realized that I need some other motiviation because I know that I am not reaching my potential. I mean, it’s like I am in there lifting some of the heaviest weights I think I can handle, and then a few moments later….I am ready to do it all again! Okay, that may sound good….but it’s not. Although I am sweating…I am not getting that "I’m am completly exhausted" feel that I want to achieve.

 This maybe due to the fact that I don’t want to pass out or look like and idiot in the gym…..hmmmm…something to think about.

 In the meantime, my formula for developing good lean muscle does not seem to be working out well. Do I need to give it some more time? Help me out folks.

Tommorow, well is another day….just kidding LEG DAY. Early morning shift to be exact. Thanks folks for be good mentors on my journey of this man at work.

I’m here

Yes. I have been working out consistenly, despite my lack of posting.

Yes. I have been trying my best to eat right, it just ain’t working out like I am planning.

 So since my last posting a rotating routine of the following has been done 5 out of 7 days a week

Back & Shoulders

Legs & Abs

Biceps & Triceps

Chest & Abs

In this mix of course swimming has always been added to the workout. Have I seen any results???? They are coming slowly but surely! Thanks Jarueba for the insight!!!

Has anyone seen the amateur that’s over 40 that has been bodybuilding for 2 years and has that awesome physique!?!?!?! Man, I need to get on that plan…two years? That is great. Until next time folks…this man is at work to live stronger.

Annnndddd commmence….

Finally!!!! I am back in the swing of things. If you haven’t notice I have not been here for awhile due to my frustration with supplements. Let me tell you people Lipo 6??? Works well, as a matter of fact TO WELL!!!! Just look at my weight chart!

Anyway, now I am back into the swing with early morning workouts. Jareuba maaann you never did tell me if you were serious about the soul food? Ruggerlifter are you still eating quail eggs? How are they coming? As for me I have begun to do a mixture of exercises, starting of heavy and then ending light. For now, it has cause me to be really sore most days.

 Can anyone help me with how to get more definition? Is it less weight and more reps or more weight less reps or both? Help me out! Until I write again…live stronger.
