The force was with me…
So…yesterday’s prayer seems like it worked! God is awesome indeed!!! Thanks everyone for the advice that you sent me on yesterday. It seems like for the most part that I need to shut up and keep it movin. Thanks people, I got ya’ and I will commence to work on that immediately(I am totally serious). Ya’ know sometimes it’s good to hear this type of advice from others. In a since, it kind of makes ya’ feel more compelled to do it?!?! Anyhow, yestersday workout??
Swimming
I think I swam another mile or so yesterday. Many times, I am in another world while swimming, so after I count to the 36th lap I just let my mind wonder about things like sex, math problems, current world issues, the doc program I am trying to get….just random things. Then comes the realization,***HELLO SIR, THIS IS YOUR BODY AND IF WE DON’T STOP SOON YOU WILL BE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS 15FT POOL!!!****and I get out of the pool.
Chest
Flyes - 4 sets progressive weight
Vertical Chest - 4 sets progressive weight
Abs
Weighted Crunches - 5 sets?
Hanging Leg Raises - 5 sets?
Knee ups - 5 sets
Twist - 2 sets
Okay, I know folks are going to be like…that was a suck ass workout. That’s cause I am a suck ass person. I promise I will be improving this as soon as possible. Today’s training????Something along the lines of Arms and _____________. I think I will peruse the site to find some good workouts. Hmmmm…… a journal of this info. would be in order so that I can share with others….that will be coming up soon.
