3 weeks out from the NPC 2008 Sports Expo Bodybuilding & Figure

Friday, August 29th, 2008

Yes my friends, 3 weeks out and i’m still off of carbs.  I have now lost a total of 27lbs, my goal. Still building muscle by lifting heavy at 3 weeks out.  1 hr of cardio in the morning and evening. All of these lose weight quick things , DOESN’T WORK, it’s hard work that really does it, including dieting.  So when you here people dropping weight and still eating a lot of sweets, sugars and fatty fats, do believe them.

After my nap, I then proceed to my routine of Weights and Cardio. As of 08-06-08 I’m 167lbs.  Stay tune for the next blog at 5 weeks out.

Week 12- The Diet, Training for the Sports Expo

Tuesday, June 24th, 2008

This is a full week on my new diet. I had a hard time on the weekend because saturday morning I didn’t get to the gym until around 11a.m. .  By doing this, it set my meals off.  I have to change eating every 3hrs. to 2hrs.  My last meal was after 11p.m.  Now this week is a new full week of eating and training.  My last meal is after 10p.m. but that’s ok. I’m doing cardio and weight training at home until the weekend.

The Diet

Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

My diet isn’t hard like I thought it would be. Just adding the tuna is going to be ok I guess.  Staying on a strict diet will be hard.  The Protein, oils will be quiet different.  The training has increased and the cardio has decreased. The water intake is high.

A Show

Thursday, May 1st, 2008

I’m back again.  This  time i’m getting ready for a Bodybuilding show.  Dieting is the big part and Posing is next.  Drinking water is not so bad, 1 to 2 gallons a day. This thing isn’t easy and you have to have a made up mind to diet and train.
