June 6, 2008I just want to share what i think about the whole working out, looking good, and bodybuilding. Going to the gym and hitting the weights hard is important and its the first step. Once you’ve got that down(which is relatively easy) then everything else gets more detailed and harder. Eating and Nutrition is everything! I did the same workout i did in High School that i do now but from learning about eating and dieting…its rediculous on how much it can change your appearence and strength. Its what you do the other 23 hours of the day! Get your workout in most definitely but once your finished w/ that then its all business on diet..EAT RIGHT people and then you will see your results. Take your supplements and all that good stuff but eat right and eat at the right times! PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN. Its the MVP for your muscles. Just felt like writing something
