4 weeks out

Well it’s Saturday March 8th and I’m 4 weeks out from the competition.  This is crunch time and I’m pretty nervous.  I just started practice posing last week (kinda late) and I forgot how hard it was.  I’ll start on my routine tomorrow.  My diet is coming along just fine and I’ll include it at the end of this.
I registered in the 2008 NPC Panhandle Showdown last week.  The guys at Max Muscle were really nice and let me try this protien shake that tasted like a peanut butter and chocolate bar.  I’m going back to buy it!  I still have to register with the NPC and I have to get my posing trunks.  I have no idea on the sizes:(  I’m going to meet a few guys today at the gym and get some help with my posing.  Other than that it’s all in the diet.  Here’s my diet.

During the week-

0700-Small protien shake, egg white omlette with no cheese, 2 whole egg whites

0930-One 6oz can tuna, small protien shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 6 wheat crackers

1230-(after gym)-protien shake

1300-One chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice

1600-One 12.5oz can chicken breast, 12 wheat crackers

1630-2000-Nap time :)

2100-One chicken breast, 2 cups of salad, 1/2tbsp dressing

With each meal I also have one of my fish oil caps.  Well that’s it for me.  I’ll keep everyone posted on my progress.  Wish me luck.

    Let me wish you success . secondly ask you what’s up with the wheat crackers? get rid of them. What kind of dressing is that on your salad? I hope it’s oil and vinegar. Remember to train hard, pose all the tiime and stay on your eating plan and you will be number 1

    WOOO!!! It’s coming up soo soon, March is half over and your gonna be takin home a trophy in April!:)
