Well i woke up Monday with a red,swollen,watery eye. Didnt make it to the gym. Went to the doctor and was told i have a pretty bad eye infection. No lifting this week due to the strain. EVERYTIME I get into a rythem…something always happens…pisses me off. Oh well guess i have to live with it for a week. Just wanted to vent a little thanks for listening/reading.

So…i weighed in on Monday and i was at 261. That is a 2 pound gain from the week before. I have eaten just like i did when i started back and lost 5 pounds…what is going on? I have been to the gym 4 to 5 times each week.

Oh my….found out today just how much back work i need. Felt so weak, almost like i was embarrassed. Not giving up at all, just have to take it one week at a time and see how it goes.

Shouders and traps day. Can really feel the burn. Concentrating on slow, controlled movements. Hope things are starting to look up.

Sorry about that last post lol. So today was the day. First day back, blew up the Bi’s and Tri’s and feel great. Going to hit this hard this winter and hopefully by next softball season i will be in better shape and stronger. Thanks for everyone support.

I have been out of the game for about a month now. I have no idea why i lost focus. Could have been overwhelmed by work and other things i do. Could be because i didnt have the money to afford the supplements. Whatever the reason…it is time to suck it up and get back at it. I have some new supplements coming tomorrow, a softball tournament in Indiana this weekend and then Monday…it is time to HIT IT!!!! Someone the other day told me i looked like i was getting smaller…well…it is time to change that. Any help from anyone that reads this would be most appreciated. I need all the motivation and tips i can handle. Thank you all for listening to me rant and rave. CHANGE IS NOW!!!!
