Well, it’s been basically a year since i’ve taken measurements, so I’m gunna take em again and post them… so a sudden jump in size isnt a new training method, rather a year of work… or a sudden loss of size for that matter
Did my maxes fresh today, since everything but squats was a rough guess. fairly happy with the results.

Basically… Been lifting since Sept 05… "Seriously lifting" since January 06. Didnt lift much during the summer (1 or 2 times a wek maybe) But started up again in October and Again in December… going strong for the time being.
