4 Months and 2 routines
My lifting partner and I started a bulking routine yesterday. We will run this for 2 months and then switch to a cutting routine the last two months we have here. The bulking routine says to do no cardio, but since I still have alot of fat to lose I am going to do 30 min before and 30 min after each workout and then on no lifting days I am doing to try and get in some more run time. The last two months is all 8×8 sets and a 5 day split. Hopefully I can get down to 175 or atleast be at a weight where I can see my abs and be happy with the progress I have made in my time here. The key for me will be keeping up my lifting when I get home.
