Monday, January 26th, 2009I am wondering if anyone has ever added up how many pounds were lifted on a lifting day?
Yesterday was chest and tricep day and I do two supersets for each body part with four sets in each movement I also throw in a straight set when done with each body part of three sets.
Anyway the total came to 19350 pounds! Now I wonder how much it would be for leg and shoulder day or back and bicep day.I must be crazy or have too much idle time.
