Need Advice ( so please Help )
Wednesday, December 19th, 2007Alright, I’m currently starting my new routine to try and gain some weight. My plan is 6-8 weeks to put some beneficial weight on.
So here’s where I need the advice. I have read from different sources for my calorie intake. But depending on who wrote the article, it can be from 2500 - 3500 calories. So now I’m not sure which to target.
Would it be better to start at the low end, after 1 week check weight if gaining , make no change, if no weight gain, then add 100-200 calories per day. Continue this until I find the proper #’s for me.
So what do you all think???? I need the advice of some of you guys in their 40’s for what has worked for them.
So all advice is welcome.
