Improving my legs.
Need some help. I have a bad right knee( see the pics) I’m really limited on what can be done to build it up. So any recommendation fro what I might try. Deep squats are imposable, left leg is no trouble but currently there is about 1 1/2 inches difference in size. Would like to balance them out but not having much luck. So any tips???

What about weighted stationary step-ups..you can isolate your weak leg and build it up?

I have been doing step ups, holding 2 , 25 lb plates, and lunges, the leg has firmed up, but its been a slow process, Also doing single leg extension, but if I push too hard, I limpr for a few days.LOL Thanks for the advice.
