2 weeks into new routine
Monday, October 29th, 2007Update on my new routine. 2 weeks in and my motivation is staying high. May have to look into something to help me sleep a little more sound. I’ve been waking up a couple of times during the night. I gained 2.4lbs, and I’m really not tryng to increase my calories too much only about 500 per day. Still trying to get rid of some of the AB fat. I can see a little change, but I’m getting really good workouts since starting on th MRI Black powder. Only time will tell how effective it is. I’ll be taking updated pics in 2 weeks, I try to take pics each month to track my progress. Still trying to find a way to gain some size in my bad leg, I’ll post some pics of it and maybe someone can give me some tips. Its really lagging and is deffinantly making things look strange.
So as usual all advice is welcome.
