3 weeks
Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007Well today was my 3rd weigh, in for trying to gain some weight, My weight is up to 178.6. So now I have gained 5.7 lbs, which averages out to 1.9 lbs per week. Trying to fight off a stomach virus and a cold this week, hopefully I can get through it without missing any workouts.7 more weeks of this cycle, still trying to decide wether to do the 10 weeks of gaining or maybe do the 4 weeks up and then 2 weeks down then 4 more weeks up on my weight, trying to keep my body guessing what is next.
Starting to feel lethargic, may be overtraining somewhat, if I can make it 1 more week on this cycle I’m going to try a different rotation on my workouts to try and keep my energy up. I have upped my preworkout supplement to try and help, but this is just a quick fix, need a long term solution. So changing routine should correct that.
Stress level at work is increasing so there is always some obstacle to over come to improve, so trying to keep that motivation positive.
