What a ride!
It has been and amazing and sad past 10 days for me. On August 29 I celebrated the birth of my First Child a girl…Breonna Christine. She is amazing. She has helped to put my life into a whole new perspective. What a great responsibilty to have. I will have to post some pics of here. Needless to say I have had to skip a few workouts…and finally got back into the Gym today and did a full workout. FELT GREAT! On another note I had a good friend pass away on Saturday morning. He was killed in an auto accident. He was a Sherrif in Columbus Ohio and was working undercover. It is really sad as he leaves behind a wife that is battling Advance Breast Cancer and does not have much time herself, and a young son (he is 6)I don’t know why I thought he was 8. It really puts life into perspective. Enjoy every minute of it while you can.

Congrats on the baby girl! Fatherhood definitely brings new challenges. It seems that good news usually travels with the bad. Sorry about your friend and his family. I can def understand your loss. I have found that workouts after a time off are challenging, but it gets you back into it quick. Be encouraged; be blessed!
