Entering week 4
Monday, August 25th, 2008Had a very good am workout which ended witha 35 minute treadmill walk/run and a 5 minute incline walk. i am looking forward to getting into some of my old clothes. We have 2 weeks left until the baby arrives and I am finally getting nervous. I am sure everything will be fine. Just getting the first time parent Jitters! The closer the arrival date gets here the more I realize how important it truly is to live a more healthy lifestyle and be a fitness role model for her!
