Cutting Time
So here’s the deal. It’s time to get the weight off. I’m at 235 right now and would like to get down as far as possible. My father is cutting as well and said that he would fork over the money for any food we needed. We went today and loaded up on Chicken Breasts, Tuna and Talapia. I am currently taking Syntha 6, ZMA, Fax Seed, and Creatine.
What i’m looking for here is recommendations. This is the first time i have had the resources to actually follow through with this. How would you guys time your eating? How much of everything would you eat per meal? Give me some ideas. Thanks guys.
