Starting to do reverse pyramids for my big 3 lifts (bench, squat, deadlift.) Bench Sundays and Wednesdays, squats on Tuesday and deadlifts on Thursday. Also doing reverse pyramid rack pulls on Mondays. I’ll be doing sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps. Concentrating most on 6, 4 and 2, going to maximum failure. Trying to get my big 3 1rm’s up quick.
Edit: Doing 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 once a week and 5 sets of 3 reps another day of the week.

Well the program has been great so far. I’m throwing up heavy weight like nothing now. Been increasing weight like every workout. I’ll do a 1 rep max test on Sunday and then another final one on the following Sunday. I’m also starting a new workout routine where I workout all muscle groups twice a week instead of just once. And every week do different sets and reps.

Today will be day 3 of me and my friend doing the Blast Your Bench program. Chest is pretty sore today. Last night was death. High reps with like no rest between sets. My 1 rep max for bench should be around 220-230. I’m hoping to be able to hit 250 after I’m done with this program. My benching has been plateaued for so long, it sucks. My friend hasn’t been working out for too long so his bench is at like 135 max, hopefully this program will help his body out with handling heavier weight. If this program boosts my bench then I guess I’ll do it every couple months or so.

Been cutting weight for two weeks now. Seeing more cuts when I flex and more veins during my workouts. Cardio has been fine, still 20 minutes at 150ish heart rate five days a week. Also diet has been going good, no cheating. Everything with carbs in it looks so tempting though. I’ll cut for another 2 weeks then go back to a normal diet for 6 weeks or so. Then I’ll cut again if I need to. This is just kind of a test run. I started lean xtreme yesterday as well. 3 pills a day spread out every 4-5 hours.
My strength isn’t increasing though. My lifts are the same or a little less. Its okay though. Still get nice and sore. Will be nice running Havoc after cutting.

So I’ve been dieting and doing cardio for a week now without the use of any fat burners. The diet has been kind of hard, but I’m learning new ways of cooking chicken. I haven’t been cheating at all either.
For cardio I’ve been doing elliptical for 20 minutes after my workouts, 5 days a week. I keep my heart rate right around 150 the whole time. The machine says I’m burning around 250 calories per sesssion. I get a lot of cardio from my workouts as well. After every set I’m breathing hard and each workout is around an hour or longer.
I just ordered some Lean Xtreme so I’ll be starting that in a couple days when it comes. Hopefully it will help me so I only have to be on this diet for another month or so.
Also I’ll be taking some Havoc in a couple weeks. I’m not sure if I’m going to wait till after dieting or not.

Heres my diet I just started for cutting.
Meal 1: 2 scoops of Optimum Whey protein in water and 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Meal 2: 8-10 oz. skinless chicken breast and 1/2 cup of cashews
Meal 3: 2 scoops of Optimum Whey protein in water and 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Meal 4: 8-10 oz. skinless chicken breast and 1/2 cup of cashews
Meal 5: 2 scoops of Optimum Whey protein in water and 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Meal 6: 8-10 oz. skinless chicken breast and 1/2 cup of cashews
I’ll be checking if I’m in Ketosis in a couple days.

I just started doing cardio to cut down a bit. I’m going to be doing 20 minutes of elliptical, 5 days a week for 1 1/2 months or longer. I’m going to be using 1 fat burner stacked with a natty test booster.
Starting out with Activate Xtreme by itself for 2 weeks and bridging into Lean Xtreme. One bottle of each product. I’m really sensitive to stims and thats why I’m not taking any.
Other supps while I’m on this cutting cycle: Animal Flex, Taurine, Nano Vapor/Ragnarok, Hawthorn Berry, and Whey Protein.
I posted another blog on what my diet will be, basically getting my body into Ketosis. High protein and fat with absolutely no direct source of carbs.
If anyone has any input let me know. I’ll be updating blog here and there. Will be testing for Ketosis in the next couple days.
