					<description>I find it difficult to workout in the morning without breakfast.  I hit the gym in the mornings for 2 hrs (1 hr cardio &amp;amp;#38;amp; 1 hr weights).  I do drink coffee 1st thing in the morning.  Do you still suggest hitting the gym for this amount of time without breakfast?  My other thought was to walk for 30 mins before breakfast, then breakfast, then 2 hr gym time.  What do you think?  Thanks :)</description>

					<description>I totally agree. Oatmeal is key to my diet. How many times a day do you eat oatmeal? I like to eat it between meals at 10am and 2pm, but I am not sure if I should really be taking in more protein between meals( such as whey shakes).</description>
