I use dumbbelss for my routines…stick to Old School equiptment…so do some research online for the different routines for the various muscle groups.

I usually cycle my carbohydrates just before a competition. I lose about 1-2 lbs. of bodyfat each week when I combine that with my cardio. Here’s a link to my routine:

Just a change in 5 lbs. would have you looking "diesel" (not that you don’t look impressive already). Try it and let me know if you have any questions.

does your cardio include swimming / if not what type of training did you include when slimming down
Here u go my friend!
No carbohydrates after 6 PM…..THIS IS YOUR MAIN RULE! You need to workout in the morning on an empty stomach, with some caffeine( coffee, thermogenic). There will be no carbs in your stomach when you workout in the morning, since you are not eating tthem after 6 pm, so your body will start pulling from fat stores to usr for energy. That is how I got ripped in such a short amount of time.

Hello Jeff, Yes, I do take in Omega 3’s (Salmon, flaxseed, Spaghetti noodles (yes, there are certain ones with Omega 3’s in them)…my bodyfat is low so it provides the necessary lean fats that will give me the energy for my workouts. I take a multi-vitamin..daily.

Doing great Jeff…Thanks. In my opinion, any type of exercise is never useless, especially if it does the trick. Those Isolation moves and pull-ups all contribute to slimming down or gaining muscle…your burning calories. Slimming down all begins with the diet. I think I understood your question appropriatly…….
Heyy !!! .. Its me again ,, how are you doin ? ,, hope everythig’s great ,, so tell me smth .. when slimming down some people think its useless to include isolation moves such as biceps curls and rope pulldowns .. and do pullups instead and soo …
What do you think ??
Appreciate your help

Thanks for the advice, good stuff. Question: if you don’t eat carbs after six … what do you eat after six? Just a slab of meat?

I find it difficult to workout in the morning without breakfast. I hit the gym in the mornings for 2 hrs (1 hr cardio & 1 hr weights). I do drink coffee 1st thing in the morning. Do you still suggest hitting the gym for this amount of time without breakfast? My other thought was to walk for 30 mins before breakfast, then breakfast, then 2 hr gym time. What do you think? Thanks
