The miracles of oatmeal

I have been on a strict diet for the past month and have discovered how powerful and crucial oatmeal is in a diet. I have been getting leaner without doing cardio. I have friends who are getting the same results! Why? Oatmeal is a complex, low glycemic carb that contains fiber. Fiber and low glycemic is key! So you definitly need to include oatmeal in your diet if you are looking forward to obtaining a lean physique.

I do have to agree diet is the key to it all. I have not done too much cardio myself and I notice differences as well. Also for me whey has helped me greatly too.

I totally agree. Oatmeal is key to my diet. How many times a day do you eat oatmeal? I like to eat it between meals at 10am and 2pm, but I am not sure if I should really be taking in more protein between meals( such as whey shakes).
