I have plenty of tricks and tips that will get you that lean body just in time for whatever occasion. In such a short amount of time as well. If you have any questions, I would be glad to answer them based on my experiences. You all train HARD and always remember there is someone out there working harder than you to get to their goal! I have been on a strict diet for the past month and have discovered how powerful and crucial oatmeal is in a diet. I have been getting leaner without doing cardio. I have friends who are getting the same results! Why? Oatmeal is a complex, low glycemic carb that contains fiber. Fiber and low glycemic is key! So you definitly need to include oatmeal in your diet if you are looking forward to obtaining a lean physique.
