Enough of the playing around

Gosh, after seeing some of pictures of people who are nice enough to add me as friends , and watching the videos they have on their pages and knowing what kind of shape I can get into I am not going to be messing around with the devil anymore! In my case the devil is :  sugar, chocolate, or saturated fat! Gosh I am going to miss you guys, but I really want my stomach flat, my adhd under control, and straight A’s in college. By working out daily and sticking to a diet I already know doing these two things will help! So for the next few weeks I am going to be very serious about all of this. Wish me luck. Promise to put some before nasty pictures of where I am now soon!

Stuck in a tiny rut

I am actually looking for other fitness nerds to give me some advice. I have actually gotten myself in a little rut where I was kind of going back and forth with looking for size and cutting. Actually I went from 24% bodyfat down to 17% and now desperately want to get under 10! I am really trying to clean up my diet, bringing on more cardio and keeping the weight training very intense with little rest. Am I missing something?

oh dang my right bicep is an inch bigger than my left doh!

Well, today when I had my best friend measuring my arms today after I killed my arms with free weights which is also a shock after leaving sissy machines alone. I realized my right bicep is one full inch bigger than my left! I have heard of the horror stories of bodybuliders who don’t develop evenly and I am already afraid I have fallen in this  Stupid trap! All knowledgable friends male and female please help me. I would like to enter my first competiton this year!

Started killer shoulder training looking for outsider ideas especially with

Today I did my first official workout without being harassed at Bally’s! Hate that place. Anyways, save that one for another blog.  Here is today’s workout for me. I did 3 x 8 Arnold Press for the first time which was fricken hard. I am pretty much used to machines so playing with free weights at home even if there not heavy is surprsing me how hard it is! Then the standard 3 x 12 upright row, lateral raise, and bent lateral raises, and to top it off a quick drop set of Shrugs 4 x 10 which almost made me puke! LoL Anyways, anyone got supplement suggestions holla at your boy.
