Vein issue
i was just wondering. i have really visible veins on my forearms and sometimes even up to my biceps. people have noticed it and say "you have large veins!" people said that this is caused by taking a bath or wetting hands and arms after working out. but i never take baths after i work out (i take them before).
i was just wondering, is that a good thing? is it normal for bodybuilders to have vein-popping arms? do you think that it looks good or not? if not, then how can it be treated.

my weight struggle
_
i started working out at the gym last july 7, 2007. i was 16 then, and i started out at a small 130 pounds. i was really excited and eager to begin working out at the gym because it was something that i really wanted to do for a long time. my parents gave me the membership to club ultima as a gift, and i was really happy. since then i started going to the gym at about 2 times a week.

it has been over a year now; it is already october. at first i was really happy with the results that i was seeing. not only that, but other people also saw the improvement in my body. also, my confidence really built up, and that was one of the things that motivated me to go on.

lately, i seem to be disatisfied as far as i’m concerned with my weight. i’ve been wanting to gain weight. if i’d reach at least 147 pounds, i know that it would contribute a lot to how my body would look. i think that if i would be able to tone myself at 147 pounds i would be able to create better definition than my current toned 130 pounds. you see, after a year my weight still is similiar to when i started (you can see in my weight chart how my weight simply fluctuates). it seemd that i can’t get out of this 130 lb state.

i believe that gaining weight will take me a step higher in my life as a bodybuilder.
your comments and advice are highly appreciated.
thanks for reading.
