I wonder, since I have such a hard time gaining muscle in my arms if on days I work out my biceps/triceps if a weight gainer would help?

So, this week I decided to add carb cycling to my fat loss efforts. I’ve heard and read a lot about it, and I’ve also heard a lot of good results from this type of diet. I did my research and it’s definitley something I can do. I’ve only had one low carb day so far and honestly, it wasn’t hard to avoid a lot of carbs, in fact I felt better without them. I have a feeling this is gonna be a diet I can stick to for awhile. On Mondays and Wednesdays (since those are the 2 days I hit weights the hardest since I work the muscle groups that need the most work) I eat high carb/high calorie. On Tuesday and Thursday I do low carb/low calorie since those are days I do cardio. Finally, Saturday, Sunday, and Friday are moderate carb/moderate calories days since those are either off days or days I work my legs since I just want to maintain my legs. At the end of the week I average out my normal amount of calories since I alternate between high/low/moderate caloric intake. I sure hope this works!
P.S. - I plan to use this to gain weight too while maintainging a fairly low body fat percentage.

Ok, so tomorrow’s Monday and I can’t wait to workout tomorrow morning!!! I made a new workout for everyday this week and instead of doing 2 sets of 12 reps…I’m going harder…2 sets of 6-8! I know I’ll be sore the next day, but that’s perfectly fine with me! I love feeling sore, it makes me feel accomplished and like I’m getting stronger and challenging myself. Ooooo I can’t wait!!!! I know, I’m a goofball and maybe too much of a fitness freak, but oh well!

Ok, so I’ve been pushing the weights like no other the past couple of weeks and eating like 1000 more calories than I used to and I weighed in last week at 102….I was 103 the week before!! what the hell happened there?! If I don’t gain 10 pounds my mom is gonna force me to eat fatty nasty food and it’s gonna be this HUGE deal between me, my parents, and the rest of my family. They don’t understand that you can gain weight eating healthy low-fat foods. They want me to eat stuff like nasty fatty cuts of beef, chocolate, candy, fried food, etc, etc. AHHHH!!!

Ok, so it’s been like a week since I started training and I’ve been experimenting with different calorie amounts and training styles and such and I finally got it down to where it’s gonna work for me. Unfortunately, eating 2500 calories on days I weight train I’m not crazy about. I can’t seem to eat that much because I feel full all day and plus just the thought of eating that many calories is driving me crazy! Trying to eat all the right foods is kinda hard too…what to eat when, and then the ratios! Oh my! Eating clean isn’t hard as I did that already…it’s just all the ratios and timing and such. Ugh! I like that I’m eating more than I was before, but still eating that many calories…then again, coming from someone with my background I guess that’s understandable.
