Okay here we go again.

It has been one hell of a year. I got brutally (figure of speech) removed from the love of my life, my dog, my home, my best friends ever, my everything…. to end up in the town I had left over 10 years ago (for a reason). Not wanting to sound too dramatic, it just hasn’t been easy. You might wonder, how come… who’s to blame…? Mostly me I guess, 9/11 sure didn’t loosen up immigration procedures, but I certainly should have known better. I have no regrets however of having lived those five years with a guy unlike any other, in a town unlike any other, with a dog unlike any other, with friends unlike any other. I have traveled the globe quite a bit I must say, the past 5 years have been the best. Now I’m making the best of it here. For as long as I decide to stay here, ’cause eventualy I will have to migrate and find something remotely like IT. Anyway… all this has been messing with my mojo. It has been impossible to stick with my workouts, my diet, my willpower, my enthusiasm, my me… Until now. I just spend 5 days at home, thinking, dreaming, sleeping, reading, studying, and browsing BB.com. And I am back. I had my first workout again tonight. It felt great. I have been walking to work (45 minutes there and 45 minutes back) which I will continue, I am back on track with eating clean. I have gained almost 15 pounds of fat in less then 2 months, I took pictures yesterday, to put on this website once I am ready (not strong enough to put them on there yet…) I will find myself again and once I do, I’ll show you the old and the new me !!! Thanks for listening

I think I understand what happened based on your blog and if that’s the case then wow your world got turned upside down when you had to leave. Starting over back at the place you left must be hard. But always remember that bodybuilding is always there and available. It can get you through the toughest of times. No matter how crazy the world gets you can count on the weights and the cardio to keep you focused. The gym is the one place I go to get away from the ups and downs of this crazy world we live in.

I know what its like to seemingly have everything and then lose it all. So i know how you must feel. If not for my workouts I don’t know how i would have gotten through such a rough time. Its my refuge. I pray that you eventually get back on the positive track.
