I didn’t realize how many calories were in an avocado. I eat like 3 daily.
Looks like I’m going to have to cut down. *sigh*

Well, I guess three is a bit much. But don’t ditch them altogether. Something as good for you as avocados deserves some level of being exempt from calorie counting. Maybe cut down on or cut out something else in your diet instead? Especially if you’re doing the vegan thing these days, I’ll bet the fat and oils would be very beneficial for you.
