I didn’t know what I was to do without my blog or my bodyspace! So here’s the skinny on the last two days:
Thursday: 60 minutes of cardio, 45 minutes of weights, arms and abs.
Friday: 45 minutes cardio only. Ate like crap. There was a potluck at work, couldn’t help myself.
Saturday will be a much needed rest day. I might even rest the whole weekend and then rock it on Monday. I will also be sure to eat better and not re-live the dietary disaster that was friday.
Hope you all are well.

Did cardio on the stationary bike for 30 minutes and the eliptical for 30. I brought my text book to the gym with me to read both the assigned chapters, thus making the most of my time. I also did legs and abs for 40 minutes.
I’m already noticing a slight difference in my body. I can do cardio a little easier, and can shuffle up three flights of stairs at work with less difficulty. I wonder how long it’s going to take to see noticeable results? I’ve been really good with my eating, a few minor slip-ups but nothing that’s going to throw me off the wagon.
I eat lots of little meals all day long, mostly protien and fresh fruits and veg. I had a cookie yesterday, but it was a small and I stopped at one.
I think I’ll work out again tomorrow and maybe rest on Friday.

Only 45 minutes of cardio and 35 of weights. I didn’t have a whole lot of time since I have class today. But it’s better than nothing!

I’ve been eating as much protien as I want, mostly in the form of soy protiein isolate shakes, but tofu as well. I feel so much better! I don’t get nearly as shakey, tired, or hungry during the day.
I workout tomorrow, and start spring quarter classes.

I woke up early today with every intention of going to the gym. However, my dog felt the need to get into both of the garbage cans outside, chew through the bags, and disperse it’s contents all over the yard. So I spent the entire morning cleaning garbage off the lawn. I suppose I might have burned some calories just with the aggravation factor alone.
So today is a rest day. I will try to get up very early tomorrow and at least do 30 minutes of something at the gym.

I managed to drag my butt out of bed this morning a little early and go to the gym. Yesterday was a rest day. Today I did 60 min of cardio and 40 min weights, legs and abs.
I got more soy protien powder, I don’t think I’m getting enough protien in my diet. I tend to get headaches during the day when I work out, I think it’s due to the fact that I’m lacking in protien. So I am going to very liberally drink my shakes throughout the day.
Thanks for all of your comments, the encouragement keeps me going in the right direction.

Finally got around to uploading some before pics. Unfortunately, the before pics are how I currently look. But it’s okay, it will just keep me motivated to have some new and improved pictures in the future.
I also posted my measurements.
Both were very hard for me to post for all to see.

A whole hour of cardio! Woot! And an hour of arms and abs.
I put a bunch of new music on my ipod, which helps. Lately I’ve been working out to a lot of crystal method and bt. If any of you have a favorite dj let me know so I can acquire new songs.

I did 50 minutes of cardio and almost an hour of weights. My body feels so much better now that I’m back in the gym.

Winter quarter’s finally over, so for spring break I have gone back into the gym to try to get myself working out again.
I did 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of arms and abs today. Not bad considering I haven’t set foot in the gym in over a month. It felt pretty good.
Hope you are all doing well.
