Food logs and other tidbits

Saturday, January 27th, 2007

Log for 1/25/07:

Tangelo-100, Clif Bar-250, Veggie Wrap-180, Protien Shake-200, Cereal-300. Total:1030.

I know it’s kinda low. I’m still working on things.

Log for 1/26/2007:

Apple-100, Roasted Veggies-100, Veggie Wrap-200, Chips-150, Cupcake-250, Veggie Wrap-200, Whole Wheat Pasta-350, Protien Shake-200. Total-1550

I didn’t get to work out today. But I am trying to hold myself accountable for calories. Today will be better with my food.

Today’s Workout:

60 minutes on the eliptical - burned 538 calories

30 minutes weights - arms and abs
I’ll post my food log tomorrow, I haven’t used up all my calories yet. I will also be posting my before pic and measurements soon. It will be nice to see progress eventually.

Food log for 01/24/07

I did pretty good yesterday. The pizza I had was Amy’s organic roasted veggie, no cheese. So I guess it’s somewhat justifiable.

*2 bananas

*apple

*oatmeal

*Lara Bar

*Soy protien shake

*Pizza

*Tofu with rice

Approx. 1500 calories

I make my shakes with 1 scoop vegan protien powder, 8oz water, 1 cup any kind of frozen berries or fruit, and a little stevia powder to sweeten. They’re awesome, I promise! Try it!

Thanks for all the encouraging comments, I think this community is really going to keep me in line.

It has to start somewhere

I’m sure nobody will be reading my blogs for a while, however eventually I would like to make friends. So I guess I’ll just utilize this for food logs and workouts.
