2 month grind

i forgot that  something  is  going to  happen  in  early  may  and  i  was  suppose  to  lose  weight  for  it  

  so  here  is  the  deal  for  the  next  2  months

  

  1.  a  very  low carb  diet  ( induction  type ) 

  2. 1  hour  of  formal  cardio  6 days  a  week 

  3 . weight  training  4  days  a  week 

        that should  do  it  !

im  so  pissed  at the  biggest loser  :(    how  to the  hell  these  people  lose  80 pounds in  8  weeks?  i  swear  the  staff is  sprinkeling  crack  on  the   food  they  eat 

here is  what  a  typical  food  day  is  going to  look  like  for  me 

120 0z  of  water a  day 

meal 1:

 1/4 of  oat meal 

 2 egg whites

some kind  of  green  veggie

post  gym snack :

 celery , cream  cheese , 6 almonds   

 

2nd meal :

cucumber  with  can chicken , tuna  or  turkey 

 

3rd meal :

chicken or  fish

green veg

 every few days  a  cup of  brown rice

the  scale  has not  moved in  weeks  but i  lost a  crazy  amount  of  inches so  far.. i was  looking  at some  old  pictures  and i  cant  even  remember  being  346 pounds i  know  i  have  along  way to  go  but i  feel  like  im  really on my  way.

people  always  ask me  what  are  my  goals  so  im  just  going to  put them in here   18-20% body fat  and  a  cross between G.I Jane and  britney spears  ( when she  was  in  shape 2000-2003)  

i started hydrox on 1-21 and ive already lost 5.5 pounds

keto is for  the  birds  because every time i eat a slice of toast i swear i gain  3 pounds  so i  keep  bouning back and  fourth with the  same 5 pounds .

        so im going to  eat clean and  take hydroxycut and  see what  happends..

  i  work  for  starbucks and the valentines cupcakes  just  came out

    please pray  for  me …

just  to  let  everyone know walgreens  ( drugstore ) is  have a  hydroxcut buy one  get one free  all this  week..
     im  not  really  sure if its  in  every area  so you  should call first  before you  waste the  gas..

         i  hope  this  crap  curbs  my night  time hunger :(

                       last  night  i  ate  2  weight  watchers  brownies and thats  a  damn shame

im  beyond sick of  chicken breast  and  green veggies :(

  and  i  think it  i have  1 more atkins ( 2 carb ) shake im  going to  poke  my  eye out  and  spread it  on a  cracker

               dang i  miss crackers !

2009 the year for change !

my  body and  beauty goals for this  year are:

1. lose weight ( 70 pounds)

2. get  some body tone

3. take better care of my  skin

4. save for  ortho ( hope  to  start )

5. buy new clothes ( due to  weight loss)

6. run in a  half marathon

7. start  some kind  of  fun  workout  class ( the  gym gets  boring )

8. 1 cheat  day  a  week

9. work out 4 days a week

10. photo shoot !
