should i increase my Glutamine intake?
i take 4500 mg on top of what whats in my protein shakes too… but i thrash my body in the gym so im thinking about doubling up… any down side to adding more l-glut to my diet besides running out of supply faster? any advice?

There are no down falls in more glutamine uptake.. Your muscles may love the extra intake. Recovery may be faster and immune system function… Also I have seen for myself that if you are taking glutamine more, you are less likely to get sick.. at one point I was not sick for at least a year and half.. I say it was the glutamine.. that was the only real supp I was taking at the time…
