3 weeks to go
Heya guys. Haven’t posted in awhile. Sooo busy. I’ve got three weeks before I PCS back to the states and into the loving arms of my wife!! I’ve come along way and quite honestly, am very happy with my transformation over the last year. (God it’s been rough) I finally got the packs, feeling good, eating right. Healthier then I’ve ever been. Most of all, i’ve learned TONS about nutrition, macro’s, bodybuilding, body functions, the list goes on.
For my last Hurraah before I get home. I would really like to accomplish some few last things.
In three weeks time -
take my waist from 33.5 to 32.5
drop my body fat from 9/10% to 8/9%
I don’t really pay attention to my body weight anymore….well, not at all really. But the good ole tape hasn’t moved any in about a month. Which is kina odd, cuz just over the last couple weeks is when my abs FINALLY got distinguished.
I’m tapering off all of my other weightlifting and focusing more on my back and chest workouts for the next three weeks, I’ve been lagging on those muscle groups.
I eat six times a day, with a mixture of 90/10 ground beef, tuna, and deli turkey (not the processed chit), with some baby carrots and celery thrown in.
Also, my breakfast is pretty much always the same, 1 cup dry instant quaker oats, with 2 servings 2%milk and 48g worth of whey protein (low carb stuff). Also taking Ester Creatine and a multi-v as well.
Since I seemed to have stalled somewhere in my fat loss, I tried upping my calories upto about 3000 for the last week, by throwing in some muscle milk once or twice a day.
Access to supplements is limited to the local GNC outlet over on Camp Casey, which is about the size of 2 or 3 closets. (grumble).
Ran outta bronkaid that I brought back from the states, so no more access to EC stacks.
I am just basically looking for anything else out there, plans, diets, yadda yadda, to get the most I can outta the next 3 weeks, so I can LOOK the best I can for my wife when I get back home! hehe
I don’t know much about diets except the Velocity Diet, and that one didn’t work so hot for me after about 2 weeks. Plus, since I’ve switched to eating clean foods for the last year, I haven’t really worried about "dieting" so much as just keeping an eyeball on my calorie intake and my macro’s.
I guess, the closest thing to my question is maybe, like what a bodybuilder would do to prep for a contest 3 weeks out to look his/her best.
