eat eat eat eat eat eat
whats up all. been trying to bulk up, eating and eating and eating. taking in 5170 average cals a day, the problem is its not all real good food. it taste good but i take in about 150 gram fat a day, its been a week so far have not scaled up yet and dont apear to have gained any fat yet hard to get in a lot of cals of chix and pots, work outs have been pretty good, well pussed out on legs tonight, dont tell my wife she never does. working thruogh a shoulder injury so db shoulder press is out. that sux oh well., any tips on high cal foods let me know running out of ideas. also anyone ever tried anabolic halo, from muscletech wondering if it is any good peace iam out
