Well been making progress I’m very happy to be at 175lb @13.3BF. Well I got my self 3 tubs of NO Shotgun V.3. Hopefully this will help me get to drop to 12BF but I don’t want to drop no more weight. My work out schedule Monday Chest + Abs + Shrugs Tuesday Biceps + Back Wednesday Cardio + Abs Thursday Chest + Triceps Friday Shoulders + Legs + Abs + Shrugs. I still eat every 3 hours and Cardio day I do 40 Minutes.

Well I weighed 182lbs @ 14.5BF 8/30/08. I still want to lose more body fat at least to a 12bf. I will not check my BF this month just because I decided to take a week off since this is my 3rd month working out. I weighed 177lbs on 9/20/08. I loss 5lbs from 8/30/08 to 9/20/08 I think that’s pretty good. I will take off 9/21/08 thru 9/28/08. I also cycle off from no shotgun because I finished my last bulk. I’m starting Super pump 250 800 grams on 9/29/08 and keep up my hard work. Wish me luck guys.

Well my weight is 188lbs and 15.5BF tested with Omron Fat Loss Monitor early morning on a empty stomach. Some people say that I don’t look like a 15.5bf but what do I get by lying the PT tested me twice just to be accurate both times it was 15.5bf. Well my plan for this month is losing the rest of my stomach and try and reach a 13%bf. My traning days look like this Monday Chest + Abs Tuesday Arms + Abs Wednesday Cardio 35min Thursday Legs + Abs Friday Cardio 35Min + Abs Saturday Shoulders + Back + Abs Sunday OFF .

Well when I went to the gym on July 4, 2008 I went to get my BF. Well I went from 205LBS to 195Lbs & 20.9BF to 17.7BF & 41in Waist to a 37in. I think is pretty good work for 1 Month.

Well I been back from a 3 year off. I started in may 08 bodybuilding I started Cardio and Diet on June 4, 2008 @ 205LBS - 20.9BF. Today Is July 2, 2008 my weight is195LBS. So it is good progress. I will update my BF and Pics on July 4, 2008.
