					<description>I identify with your blog post. I really need to get ordering my grassfed beef and raw goat's milk. I also have prayer on my list too. The p90x stuff is tough and I think you have to take a myystical approach to that sort of thing. Just accept that it'll have pain and do it anyway. Sounds a lot like bikram yoga.</description>

					<description>Skip the workout and get some rest. Sometimes trying to push it while your body is beat can only make things worse. Just hit tomorrow and do a extra cardio later on in the week or do plyo instead of yoga. I never do the yoga anymore. I rather do an extra set of plyo or kenpo. Don't beat yourself up. Stay strong- JT</description>
