I have a hard time being creative with the food and am trying to sell why lean protein for dinner every night is a good idea...any ways to change that up? Again dinner is the one I have most issues with.

Fair point. I assume you trying to maintain or get trim, and not bulk. Many families have "multi-menus" to get around that. But, what we do, is involve the entire family into "eating healthy" at "at least" the main family meals - - set the example. Get them all into the swing. Then, just keep an ample supply of 'bread and sandwich material" around, plus apples, bananas, oranges, etc for those mid afternoon snacks. Good luck, I agree, weekends are tough.

I know how you feel, a year ago I wouldn't have dreamed I'd be putting up the weight I am on deadlift. I'm up to 380 and going for 400 by the end of the month. My best squat is 335, got to work on that some more. My bench was stuck at around 210 but I'm working on it. I'm doing a 7 week program that others have said increased their bench by 40+ pounds. The program hasn't required me to lift over 210 yet, but I'm doing more sets and more reps with higher weight than I was ever able to do before. The heavier weight comes soon.
