Well, it’s Friday, w00t! Well, the week’s gone well, I’m down to about 195#. Did some experimenting with the diet by cutting out oatmeal and replacing with eggs for breakfast and one day I went breadless with the tuna..never again yuck!
I’ve made the realization that I’ll be cutting for about 6-8 weeks into C3, that is until about 5-23 or so. After that I’ll try to keep maintenance levels and increase muscle size OR maybe just keep it where it is-we’ll see later.
My wife’s doctor checkups went good this week and have been for a while, but she’s in there about 2-3 times a week since she’s a high risk pregnancy. She’s generally in good spirits and has been strong throughout. Who knows maybe she’ll be part of C5.
I’ve talked with her about Body4Life too, that may be an option.
What do you guys think about being "vascular"? I’m getting there more every day lately and my wife isn’t completely thrilled…is this an inevitable part of cutting BF%?
