Push Day/ PT question

Well, I’ve figured out a new general split: Mon: Push, Tue: Pull, Wed BIG cardio, Thur Shoulders/Abs, Fri Legs.  I’ll try to put together specific exercises as I go forward. 

Also, I’ve become increasingly interested in getting into personal training.  Does anyone know how to get into this full time?  I know I won’t make as much money right off but would like to support a wife and 3 kids and plan for retirement.   SO how do I do that?  See ya tomorrow.

Weighed myself today and my weight is starting to move down.  Today I’m at 195#, I’m not sure what to make of it but I like the way my abs are starting to come in.  I figure that I’ll keep with this path for a little bit and try to get down to 185 and then decide from there. For the record it’s donut day but I have no idea what was brought since I didn’t even go over there!  Maybe one day I should bring in whey muffins or something! 

Short workout today but a good one, did squats at 275 for 6 and deads at 315 for 3.  Also did some ab work and supporing leg stuff. 

So the Super Pump isn’t all that for me after 6 days of use, I feel a bit of a pump but it’s not worth the price.  I will not be getting it again.  When my wife saw the price it almost sent into early labor.  I saw some suggestions on the forum to buy L-Carnatine/Caffine/ and Arganine to get the same effect at a cheaper price–anyone do this?

Clean diet under way!

OK, gonna do it this time.  Today and for the foreseeable future, I plan to eat clean.  I guess that means more tuna/chicken/brown rice/tilapia/etc.  I saw some separation on my abs a few days ago but it went away.  That little taste was enough for me to want more.  Wish me luck for tomorrow, someone usually brings donuts and I usually help myselft to at least 2.

So, yah…I didn’t get on my bb.com approved diet like I promised on Friday but I’m going to the store tonight or tomorrow and plan to stock up on my lean mass building food!  I’m starting to see some progress though, my abs are starting to peek out and my weight is dropping now.  Not sure I want the weight to drop but it’s OK for the moment. 

I’m planning on doing a 4 day split starting this week.  Push day/Pull day/Shoulders & Bis/Legs day and cardio most days. 

Anyone that sees this (I’m looking at both of you!) let me know if you know about how to start competing, I’m getting interested and think it will be a great way to motivate me to meet my health goals.  Is spring 09 too early based on the pics you see, if I’m serious for a year could I do it? 

Anyway workout today was short but felt good, arms are still shaking as I post, always good.  I started taking SuperPump250, I felt it strongly early on but lately the effects seem not as strong.  What’s the best way to use this, do you dose on workout days only?  Lata.

I’m going to take it easy tomorrow, maybe run and Sunday off.  

Planning on a new diet on Monday with a new lifting regime.  Will post on Monday.

Good news my wife is off bed rest and she’s very happy about it. See ya later.

Going to get difficult to keep up!

Right now my wife is on bed rest with our 3rd child, so I am going to have to cut back on my workouts quite a bit.  I know I can still eat well but that will also be difficult as I’m doing everything when I get home from work.  Anyway keep me in your prayers and my wife and child.  Will update when I find some way to work out….any good ideas on a one or two day split??  Thanks!
