So, yah…I didn’t get on my bb.com approved diet like I promised on Friday but I’m going to the store tonight or tomorrow and plan to stock up on my lean mass building food! I’m starting to see some progress though, my abs are starting to peek out and my weight is dropping now. Not sure I want the weight to drop but it’s OK for the moment.
I’m planning on doing a 4 day split starting this week. Push day/Pull day/Shoulders & Bis/Legs day and cardio most days.
Anyone that sees this (I’m looking at both of you!) let me know if you know about how to start competing, I’m getting interested and think it will be a great way to motivate me to meet my health goals. Is spring 09 too early based on the pics you see, if I’m serious for a year could I do it?
Anyway workout today was short but felt good, arms are still shaking as I post, always good. I started taking SuperPump250, I felt it strongly early on but lately the effects seem not as strong. What’s the best way to use this, do you dose on workout days only? Lata.
