So, about this eating thing…help!
Sunday, September 30th, 2007I am getting frustrated with my desire to eat clean and my lack of doing it! I had church at my house and my wife made brownies, others brought cake and cookies. I had a few cookies….thinking it was no big deal. And in the grand scheme of things it’s not. But it was one of many choices I’ve made to keep my from my goals.
At work it seems easier to keep my eating cleaner because I pack my lunch and have more to do there and no time to snack (usually). How do you all with families manage eating this way (6 meals/clean) when your family has little interest in doing so. I usually come home and eat a meal full of carbs. How can I turn it down? I don’t want to hurt my wife’s feelings, as she always makes a nice meal and also set a bad example to my kids by telliing them if they don’t like their meal to get somthing else.
In short, how do you manage proper bodybuilder style eating with a family with marginal interest in low bf goals?
