Tanning tips

What’s the general rule of thumb for tanning?  Has anyone got recommendations for lotions, bronzers, accelerators?  How about hair removal?  Just figured if I was gonna take many more progress pics, or even dabble with the idea of competition, then I should gather any advise I can get.

Fitting suppliments into my daily routine

So how do you fit food and suppliments into your day?  I am experimenting with taking suppliments (N.O. or Creatine) within the firt half hour of waking up.  From there, I head to the gym for an hour, then slam some form of protein.  I don’t know whether to try to eat something then or wait an hour or so.  I am concerned that if I eat right after taking a suppliment, I will miss out on the benefits.  The other extreme is that if I don’t eat anything, I miss out on valuable calories.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to manage meals with suppliments?
