Hope you guys are doing well…thought I,d update my blog….Just returned from the gym on this wet and windy day in Marbella!
Spinning followed by body pump…pretty busy at the gym this morning looks like everyone is trying to get in shape for the summer….in a couple of weeks!!!!

I cant believe its February already!!! I am aching today therefore on the internet ,-) . Since christmas I have been good…with the training and eating. I have taken up body combat and am totally addicted…the instructor Matias is awesome!!!!! at teaching and motivating of course.
I am running in the morning along Marbella prominade…really looking forward to it as I went to have a look at the route today…very picturesque and the weather here is perfect for running.

8pm Marbella Spain, staying in to watch Eastenders a UK soap! I cant believe that its only 7 days till christmas and I am still on track with my eating and training……maybe its due to the fact that I am here and not in London this year, where all my family are and they always have so many dinner parties and gatherings allowing no time to focus on training without stress! I do miss all that though but I am going to make the most of the quiet this year and use it in a positive way.
Cant wait to get to the gym in the morning! Legs day! The Body Pump today was amazing!Program has started x

writing from sunny Marbella…beautiful day here! I have a headache so thought would update my blog and take it easy today! Had a really tough workout yesterday!
Can you believe I have weighed myself! Wont be doing that again in a hurry!!! looks like I lost a bit too…down to 54kg. dont want to lose anymore though, skinny look really doesnt suit me! Anyway hope you are all doing well over this festive time when you are surrounded by lots of tempting food and drink!
I am going to go with the flow and not stress, my friends are on the same wavelength so will enjoy and have no regrets!!! I hope ,-)
I have noticed some strange measurements….jeans are fitting differently, chest measurements have gone up! Waist has gone up but looks more toned! Oh well I feel and look better so wont fret….just wanted to get it off my chest x

Hi Guys….I feel good today! Been gym to do weights and body pump. Chicken and salad for lunch. Giving up bread has had such a positive impact on my energy levels…I have no cravings what so ever! No bloating!!!! Hoping to do a run in the evening!
STAY MOTIVATED GUYS….WE CAN DO IT!

Been browsing around the BB website today, some really great articles and tips…I correct myself not some but all the ones I read inspired me in some way. But what annoys me is that there is so much info and I want to know it all now! Maybe a chip containing all the info on the BB site which one could insert into the brain and become a masterbrain on bodybuilding.com. The website is like a bottomless pit, one thing leads to another and another and etc.

Been eating well for the last 4 weeks, given up bread and gluten…feel so much better for it and more energetic!
Still dont want to weigh myself…maybe next week

Just logged on! My profile needs updating…new pics, stats, friends etc. I have no idea how much I weigh and dont really want to know!
